Brian Watling, President
Brian has been a pioneer in alternative capital market models in Nova Scotia, including development of Community Economic Development Investment Fund program with the government of Nova Scotia. He is the principal developer of the Scotian WindFields and president of Wind Driven Inc. and Wind Horse Power Inc.
Brian is also developing an innovative model for the effective monetization of carbon credits and an international emissions trading mechanism.

-Dr. Pavlovski, Principal of Green Power Labs is an environmental researcher and a professional engineer with over 25 years of expertise in renewable energy technology and policy development. His expertise has been focused on alternative/renewable energy applications, magnetohydrodynamic energy conversion, solar and wind power generation.

Yiyan Xiao, CEO-China Market
Yiyan Xiao, with over 15 years of experience in international engineering projects management and foreign trade from a renowned Chinese corporation and as a senior commercial officer in Embassy of China in Pakistan, has been engaged in CDM related project development since 2005. He is mainly based in China providing consulting services and assistance to CDM project development in China market. He holds a MBA degree and provides Chinese language support services.
Ibrahim Wayne House, Malaysian Representative
Ibrahim Wayne is a business graduate of Acadia University. He has extensive new business development experience in both Canada and Malaysia. He is the company’s senior Host Country researcher in Malaysia and as such is responsible for identifying CDM projects in Malaysia and the region, identification of appropriate CDM methodologies and compilation of pre-feasibility studies. Currently based at the Glomac Berhad Head Office in Kuala Lumpur he is 4G’s representative to Malaysian business and government.
