Fourth Generation Capital Corporation (4G) is a company registered in Canada and engaged in global Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) trading in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Voluntary Emission Reductions (VERs) trading, clean and renewable energy projects development and capital operation.
We understand that the Chinese Government is paying very high attention on the clean and renewable energy development, increasing the proportion of clean and renewable energy in China’s energy structure and reducing green house gas emissions. Therefore, we wish to work with relevant organizations and entities in China’s energy sector to jointly develop the clean and renewable energy market and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects in China, and provide them high-quality professional services in CER/VER (Voluntary Emission Reductions) trading as well as related capital arrangements.
Our Strengths: We are working under an arrangement with CantorCO2e, a world renowned carbon brokerage company with over one hundred buyers around the world, so we are able to find the best buyers with the best prices for CER/VER in the world carbon market to maximize the interests of sellers. This marketing strategy has been well accepted by enterprises and related carbon trading for a number of power generation companies are in progress.
Project Financing for Renewable Energy Projects Development:
In combination with CDM project development in China and other countries, 4G may provide financing services to renewable energy project development to solve capital shortage problems.
Methane to Markets Partnership:
4G has been actively participating in global reduction of GHG emissions and now a member of the China National Sub-committee for Coal Mines and Landfills of Methane to Markets Partnership. We wish to work with relevant organizations and enterprises in China for CDM project development so as to jointly reduce GHG emissions.
GIS Partnership between Canada and China:
4G is in the process of establishing a Global Information System (GIS) developed through a partnership between enterprises in Canada and China, to provide systematic data for capture and utilization of coal mine methane and landfill gases in China.
