Our Visas

Federal Skilled

Federal Skilled Workers are persons with suitable education, work experience, age and language abilities under one of Canada’s official languages and who are selected under the Express Entry Immigration system to apply for permanent residence.

Under Express Entry, Federal Skilled Workers across 347 eligible occupations who meet minimum entry criteria, submit an expression of interest profile to the Express Entry Pool.

The profiles of candidates in the pool are ranked under a Comprehensive Ranking System.  The highest-ranked candidates will be considered for an invitation to apply for permanent residence.

For more than 90% of the applicants, a qualified job offers from a Canadian employer essential to be awarded with a higher score who leads to an invitation.

Provincial Nominee

This program enables provinces to nominate candidates who have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province and want to live in that province.

Most of the provinces economic growth depends on having enough skilled and qualified people to meet labour market needs. The BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a way for high-demand foreign workers and experienced entrepreneurs to gain permanent residency in B.C.

The vast majority of these programs criteria require from the applicant to have a qualified job offer from a Canadian employer prior to applying.

Labour Market Opinion

A labour market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document issued by the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada agency which states that the hiring of a foreign worker has a positive effect on the Canadian labour market.

Employers should show that the have been exhausted their resources in the process of indenting to fill the position locally and failed and as a result of that they are offering a job for a Foreign national.

Approved LMIA allows the foreign national to apply for a Temporary Work Permit. Most of the permits will be issued for at least 12 months and immediate family members will be able to join the foreign worker.

Step 1

Employment profile assessment

Our goal is to get to know your full profile, education, work experience, English proficiency as well age and to find out if it may be a good for Canadian employers.   This phase also includes character assessment which should tell us if you are ready for your journey securing a job in Canada.

Attractive profiles will be recommended to start collecting information and documents in preparation for an immigration process that is an integral part of any international staffing of foreign nationals.

Step 2

Immigration preparation

This a twofold step, on one hand we start by working with the candidate on his professional profile to be able to start a proper job search that is resulted in a job offer by a Canadian employer.

We also help the candidate to collect information and documents that are essential to any immigration process that will start when a job offer is being secured.

Step 3

Submission to the pool of candidates

Our RCIC submits your profile to the pool of the Canadian government for skilled foreign nationals, these candidates are exposed to invitations by the Federal of Provincial governments, as well as local private sector Canadian Employers through a governmental job board knows as Job Bank.

Being in the pool does not guarantee an invitation, however, it sends a clear message to employers in Canada that the intentions of the foreign national towards immigrating are solid as a formal immigration process has started already.   

Step 4

Job search phase

The candidate receives a full support as part of the job search, that is including coaching, CV adaptation, interview preparation, job matches from employers in all Canadian provinces and territories.

Step 5

Job offered secured

The Candidate secures a job either through the pool of candidates, job bank and own self-dedicated search supported by CIS Desk professional team.

Step 6

Arriving in Canada

Full immigration case is submitted to IRCC. The Candidate arrives in Canada on Permanent or Temporary legal status along with his immediate family members.
